Our Story
20 years ago, plant oils and fats were hardly available in small quantities. If you wanted to develop your own cosmetics, you were forced to purchase large quantities, which you could not fully use.
Pharmacist Mag. pharm. Dr. Dominik Schantl turned necessity into virtue and took the step of starting his own company in 2003. In early 2005, his brother Josef Schantl, BBA, BSc., joined the family business and has since been responsible for the management and operations of Natural Products & Drugs GmbH.
Since then, we have been supplying customers, both in the B2B and B2C sectors, nationally and internationally. What started small, in a tiny laboratory, has developed over the years into a successful Austrian family business.

We acknowledge our responsibility by systematically integrating the topic of environmental management into all processes and operations of our company. With our environmental management system (DIN EN ISO 14001:2015), we monitor, measure, and reduce environmental impacts and thus make a significant contribution to environmental protection as a company. Quality Management
In our in-house laboratory, we carry out quality controls to ensure the highest quality and safety for our customers.If available we provide customers with analysis certificates, specifications, and safety data sheets free of charge, even for small quantities of most raw materials (e.g. fatty oils).
