Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING COSTS:

AUSTRIA:
Private customers: orders of € 55.00 gross or more are shipped free of charge.
Business customers: orders of € 100.00 net or more are shipped free of charge.

GERMANY:
Private customers: orders of € 75.00 gross or more are shipped free of charge.
Business customers: orders of € 120.00 net or more are shipped free of charge.

The exact shipping costs will be provided to you again on the order page during the ordering process.

POST PREMIUM: The standard delivery time in Austria is 24 hours, in Germany 48 hours, from the date of collection. For most other European countries, the standard delivery time is between 2 - 6 working days.
The rate includes transport insurance for the actual value of the goods up to a maximum of EUR 550.00.

IMPORTANT: For deliveries using a parcel delivery service, the parcel must be accepted. If this is not possible at your private address, please provide another delivery address (e.g. workplace).

RETURNED GOODS:
You can return most unopened, unused or unconsumed items to NP&D within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding any shipping costs.
No refund can be claimed for items that have been used or returned more than 14 days after delivery.

EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
If you received a defective item due to damage or inferior quality and wish to exchange it for the same item, we will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost.
Please contact us before returning the defective item in order to avoid any misunderstandings.
Shipping costs cannot be covered for unannounced returns.
Please note that, from the day your returned goods are received at our Returns Center, it takes between 3 to 5 working days to process the returned goods.
