POST PREMIUM: The standard delivery time in Austria is 24 hours, in Germany 48 hours, from the date of pick-up. For most other European countries, the standard delivery time is between 2 - 6 working days.
The rate includes transport insurance for the actual goods value up to a maximum of EUR 550.00.

IMPORTANT: For deliveries via parcel service, the package must be accepted. If this is not possible at your home address, please provide an alternative delivery address (e.g., workplace).


RETURN GOODS:
You can return most unopened, unused, or unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs, to NP&D.
For items that have been used or are returned more than 14 days after delivery, a refund cannot be claimed.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE:
If you received a defective item due to damage or inferior quality and wish to exchange it for the same product, we will gladly exchange the item free of additional costs.
Please contact us before returning the defective item to avoid any misunderstandings.
Shipping costs cannot be covered for unregistered returns.
Please note that it takes between 3 and 5 working days to process returned goods from the day of receipt at our returns center.
