POST PREMIUM: The standard delivery time in Austria is 24 hours, in Germany 48 hours, from the date of collection. For most other European countries, the standard delivery time is between 2 - 6 working days.
The rate includes transport insurance for the actual value of goods up to a maximum of EUR 550.00.

IMPORTANT: For deliveries with parcel service, the package must be accepted. If this is not possible at your private address, please provide another delivery address (e.g. workplace).


RETURNED GOODS:
You may return most unopened, unused or unconsumed items within 14 days of delivery to NP&D for a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.
No refund can be claimed for items that have been used or consumed, or returned more than 14 days after delivery.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE:
If you received a defective item due to damage or inferior quality and wish to exchange it for the same item, we will gladly exchange it for you at no additional cost.
Please contact us before returning the defective item to avoid any misunderstandings.
Shipping costs cannot be covered for returns that have not been registered.
Please note that from the day your return arrives at our returns center, it takes between 3 to 5 working days to process the returned goods.
