PRIMABENE® Refined Organic Olive Oil is gently cold-pressed and comes from organic cultivation. With a free acidity of no more than 0.8%, it is characterised by its high quality and excellent taste, making it ideal for fine cuisine. Compared to virgin olive oil (max. 2% acidity), it is significantly milder.
The golden to greenish-yellow, clear oil is suitable not only for enhancing salads, but also for frying, deep-frying and baking, thanks to its high heat resistance. It should be stored in a cool place protected from light to preserve its freshness.
