How does the Pain & Arthritis Gel work?
The primary effect is based on an alcohol-water complex that evaporates quickly after application. This draws heat away from the skin – creating a conductive cooling effect that relieves pain and soothes overheated joints.
Additionally supported by:
• Menthol & camphor → enhance the cooling pain sensation (counter-irritant effect)
• Cannabidiol (CBD) → may have anti-inflammatory effects and modulate pain processing
CBD acts via cannabinoid receptors (CB1 & CB2), which are involved in inflammation and pain processes.

Application & Dosage
• Apply several times daily to the affected area and massage gently
• Recommended amount:
o Wrist / elbow: approx. pea-sized (0.25 g)
o Knee / foot / ankle joint: approx. 2 peas (0.5 g)
• Duration of use: up to 30 days, then pause for 3–5 days
