PRIMABENE® Bay Oil BIO is the dark green berry oil of true laurel. It has a buttery consistency that melts at about 30°C. PRIMABENE® Bay Oil is obtained by pressing the heated and crushed laurel fruits (berries).
The oil is almost liquid at room temperature and has a characteristically strong odor. It consists of approximately 95% fatty oil and 5% essential oil.
PRIMABENE® Bay Oil BIO is rich in natural vitamin E. Oleic acid, linoleic acid, and lauric acid shape the fatty acid profile. The main component of the essential oil is eucalyptol.
