PRIMABENE® Lamecreme is a well-tolerated O/W emulsifier and consistency agent of natural origin, which is also frequently used in the food industry. The pellets have a white to light yellow color and a neutral odor. The melting point is approximately 55-65°C. PRIMABENE® Lamecreme is a combination of glycerin mono/distearate and citric acid esters and is compatible with pH values in both slightly acidic and slightly alkaline ranges. 

With PRIMABENE® Lamecreme, stable, creamy emulsions with a pleasant texture can be produced. These emulsions spread well, absorb excellently, and do not leave a greasy shine. Formulations with Lamecreme provide a "moisturized" and refined skin feel and are well-suited for normal to dry and mature skin. Due to its consistency-giving properties, additional consistency agents are not needed, as creams would tend to form an intensified film.
