PRIMABENE® unrefined organic shea butter, also known as karité butter, is obtained from the seeds of the karité tree. This raw shea butter is not deodorized and has a slightly yellowish color, a creamy consistency, and a mild, natural scent. With a melting point between 28 and 45 °C, it serves as a nourishing consistency enhancer in numerous cosmetic products. Due to its high content of unsaponifiable components (6-8%), it provides intensive care and also contains a natural sun protection factor of around SPF 3, as well as allantoin, vitamin A, and vitamin E.

Note: PRIMABENE® unrefined organic shea butter is a natural organic product and may therefore slightly vary in smell and color. During filling, a grainy texture (polymorphism) may occur due to warming and subsequent temperature differences during cooling. This does not affect its quality. Simply reheat and cool it quickly to make the butter firm, smooth, and homogeneous again.
