PRIMABENE® Mango Butter refined BIO is known for its regenerating and re-fattening properties, making it an excellent choice for skin hydration and strengthening the skin barrier.
After application, the skin feels wonderfully smooth and velvety. Due to its antioxidant properties, it can also help reduce damage caused by free radicals and thereby prevent premature skin aging.
Due to its nourishing and moisturizing properties, PRIMABENE® Mango Butter refined BIO is an excellent alternative to paraffin. Furthermore, due to its lower melting point (33 to 38 degrees Celsius), it is also used as a substitute for cocoa butter, e.g., in ointments or suppositories. Not intended for consumption.
Refined mango butter has a pale yellow color, a mild scent, and is rich in carotene, the precursor of vitamin A (retinol). PRIMABENE® Mango Butter refined BIO consists mainly of stearic and oleic acid (approximately 75-85%). It is used in the cosmetics industry as a light, consistency-giving lipid component, particularly for dry skin and very dry hair.
