PRIMABENE® Olive Oil Extra Virgin BIO is gently cold-pressed and comes from organic farming. With a free acidity of no more than 0.8%, it is characterized by its high quality and excellent taste, making it ideal for gourmet cuisine. Compared to virgin olive oil (max. 2% acidity), it is noticeably milder.
The golden to greenish-yellow, clear oil is not only suitable for refining salads, but also for frying, deep-frying, and baking due to its high heat resistance. It should be stored in a cool and dark place to preserve its freshness.
