PRIMABENE® Walnut Oil BIO is sourced from controlled organic cultivation and is obtained by cold pressing of crushed walnuts. The oil content of the kernels (nuts) is about 60%. PRIMABENE® Walnut Oil BIO is unroasted and particularly rich in linoleic and linolenic acids, as well as palmitic acid.
The golden-yellow to amber-colored gourmet oil has a pleasantly nutty flavor and refines salads, sauces, soups, and desserts.
