PRIMABENE® refined organic soybean oil is obtained through cold pressing and gentle refining from soybeans grown under certified organic conditions. The light yellow, thin-bodied oil is neutral in taste. Rich in unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, and soy lecithin, it is a valuable edible oil. In its natural quality, it should not be strongly heated but rather used to refine prepared dishes. Ideal as a salad oil and as a base for the production of margarine, mayonnaise, and other processed products.
