PRIMABENE® Siberian Cedar Nut Oil BIO Edible Oil is obtained from the nuts of the Siberian pine and is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (approximately 90%). Particularly noteworthy is pinolenic acid, a rare omega-5 fatty acid that represents a valuable addition to the diet. Cedar nuts are also rich in important nutrients such as vitamins B1, B2, niacin, and especially vitamin E. Additionally, the oil contains valuable minerals like phosphorus and iron, as well as lecithin, which contribute to overall health.

The light yellow to amber-colored oil has a spicy, nutty aroma and is suitable for refining dishes such as salads, raw vegetables, and spreads.
