PRIMABENE® Organic Walnut Oil Cooking Oil comes from certified organic farming and is obtained by cold pressing crushed walnuts. The oil content of the kernels (nuts) is approximately 60%. PRIMABENE® Organic Walnut Oil Cooking Oil is unroasted and particularly rich in linoleic and linolenic acids, as well as palmitic acid.
The golden-yellow to amber-colored gourmet oil has a pleasantly nutty flavor and enhances salads, sauces, soups, and desserts.
