PRIMABENE® Cedar Nut Oil BIO is extracted from the cedar nuts of the Siberian pine and is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids (approx. 90%). Particularly noteworthy is pinolenic acid, a rare omega-5 fatty acid that provides a valuable addition to nutrition. Cedar nuts are also rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins B1, B2, niacin, and especially vitamin E. Furthermore, the oil contains valuable minerals such as phosphorus and iron as well as lecithin, which contribute to overall health.

The light yellow to amber-colored oil has a spicy, nutty aroma and is suitable for refining dishes such as salads, raw vegetables, and spreads.
