Compared to Virgin Olive Oil (max. 2% acidity), it is significantly milder.
The golden to greenish-yellow, clear oil is not only suitable for refining salads but also for frying, deep-frying, and baking due to its high heat resistance. It should be stored in a cool and light-protected place to preserve its freshness.
