The light to medium yellow, excellently tasting PRIMABENE® Macadamia Nut Oil BIO is the highest quality of all edible oils due to its exceptionally high content of unsaturated fatty acids (~ 80%) and is commonly used as a dietary supplement. Another special feature is its high content of palmitoleic acid (~ 20%), which is usually found in such quantities only in animal fats.
