INCI: Xanthan Gum (E 415)
PRIMABENE® XANTHAN COSPHADERM X 34 is a fast water-soluble and user-friendly thickening agent. The fine, white granulate is mainly used as a gelling agent in shower gels and as a stabilizer in O/W emulsions, but it is also used as a gelling agent in food production.
To process PRIMABENE® XANTHAN COSPHADERM X 34, simply dissolve it in the water phase while stirring – pre-dispersion is not required. For incorporation into lukewarm emulsions, pre-dispersion in glycerin or alcohol is recommended.
